MJets was born from a simple but powerful vision: to bring world-class private aviation to the region. MJets was established in the year 2000 by the visionary partnership of William E. Heinecke, an aviation enthusiast with an unquenchable passion for flight, and Kirit Shah, one of Thailand's most esteemed business luminaries. By 2010, we had already etched our name in aviation history, pioneering Thailand's first and only Fixed-Base Operation (FBO).
MJets is now spreading its wings across international skies. We are strategically expanding into vibrant markets such as Myanmar and India while continuously enriching our portfolio of private aviation-focused services. This bold global trajectory promises our discerning clientele an ever-expanding network of world-class private jet solutions.

Kirit Shah
Kirit C Shah joined the family business aged 21 in 1974. Inspired by opportunities in the Arabian Gulf, he set to transform the grain business into a commodities trading powerhouse. He accelerated the transformation after taking the helm in 1980, expanded operations globally and entered new sectors including shipping, chemicals, hospitality, construction and pharmaceuticals.
William E. Heinecke
William E. Heinecke came to the Kingdom of Thailand in 1963 and founded the Minor Group in 1968. Over five decades later the group has grown substantially with revenue of over USD4bn and the market cap of over USD5bn listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1988 as Minor International Public Company Limited

Appointed as a Gulfstream Authorized Warranty Facility. ISO 9001 internationally recognised quality management standard applied across all services and operations.
Appointed as a Textron Authorized Channel Partner.
Achieved IS-BAO and IS-BAH Stage III. Appointed as Authorized Dealer for JSSI Parts.
Appointed as an Authorized Dealer for Collins Aerospace.

Launched MJets Cambodia. Certified FAA Repair Station.
Established MJets Indamer, extending FBO and ground handling service to Delhi, India.
Achieved EASA TCO-Authorized Operator status and established MJets Myanmar. 2015 : Achieved IS-BAO and IS-BAH certifications, Stage I.
Started air ambulance service and acquired the Gulfstream GV and Cessna Citation Bravo.
Opened MJets' first FBO in Thailand and commenced Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations.
